Men Losing Weight

I'm inordinately proud of David for having lost 21 pounds over the past year. No diet, no exercise. Just a bit more attention to portion size, and a little more activity.

Time to get back in business

I am 8 lbs. lighter than I was when I failed to keep up with this blog. Under 140 lbs. That's better than it could be, but not where I hoped to be. Since I last updated, I've completed a 5K (in under an hour) and greatly reduced the ETOH in my life. If I could be more consistent, I'd be at my goal, which currently stands at 125 lbs. Fingers crossed.
