It's On!

Lauren sent me an IM last night asking whether I wanted to get together and add a little competition to our weight loss goals. Sounds like a great plan. Especially since I've got a head start.

The goal is to be down to 125lbs in 15 weeks.

If you're interested in joining the team, just reply and add your name. We'll post progress notes and such, and I'll locate some interesting rewards for hitting milestones.

  1. Alright I can participate, but clearly my goal cannot be to get down to 125 lbs. since my healthy weight is around 150 lbs. In fact I have decided that my goal cannot be weight related at all. I want to work out at least 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time. One of those times has to be the Denise Austin DVD I took from you ;)

  3. Adri, 150 is my target as well. But I think exercise is my current best strategy to get there.So maybe I can be your buddy/competitor? I'll call you or otherwise contact you every day to guilt you into working out. Or maybe just encourage you to do a workout.

  4. So...the upside so far today is all the walking we did on our outing to Flourrisant Fossil Beds, then there was the M & Ms and the leftover birthday cake. Oh, and chips.
